Snake Gauntlet (the "app") is developed and published by Alexander Bolton. This policy explains how the app handles your information.
In short: Snake Gauntlet does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
None. The app has no accounts or logins, and never asks for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information.
The app works entirely offline. It contains no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking, and includes no third-party SDKs that collect data. No information ever leaves your device.
The app saves your settings (such as sound and difficulty) and your best scores locally on your device, using the operating system's standard on-device storage. This data stays on your device, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is removed when you delete the app.
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13, and is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We do not sell or share any personal data, because none is collected.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
